Framing Art on Paper

When framing art on paper, you need the protection of glass or acrylic, both for physical protection and for protection from fading.  We usually use UV filtering glass to help slow down fading of your art.  Originals and other valuable art generally should be spaced away from the glass by matting or spacers.  We’ll help you select the perfect mats, frames, glass, and mounting techniques to protect your art and make it look great!

We are experienced at framing all kinds of art on paper including:

  • Watercolors
  • Acrylics
  • Etchings
  • Lithographs
  • Woodcuts
  • Serigraphs
  • Pastels
  • Mixed Media
  • Giclees
  • Limited Edition prints
  • Posters
  • Prints of all kinds
  • Paintings of all kinds

Decorative art may need to be dry mounted (heat sealed to a board to avoid rippling of the paper).  Our designers will consult with you about what is appropriate for your paper art to make it look its best and last for years to come.
