As we continue to work through the “social distancing” parameters, we have put together some options that can fulfill your framing needs while maintaining the safety and health of both you and us.
We are offering scheduled appointments for customers through Zoom video conferencing. This will allow you to see framing options just as you might at an in-person consultation.
DESIGNS PREVIOUSLY MADE
Any customer that worked on a design previously, and requested an order to be held, can drop off art to be completed in that design. Please contact us to verify your design is held in our system before dropping off art.
This might be for brave customers or customers who have worked with us previously. We will complete a design on your behalf, doing what we always do to make your items look the best they can!
Whether it is original art we have in stock or prints we can get from places like StudioEL, you can purchase art through us and never have to make a trip here! We can ship you the art or complete one of the no-contact framing options previously listed.
Gift certificates are available for any amount and can be mailed directly to you.
CURBSIDE DROP OFF/PICK UP AND HOME DELIVERY
Drop off and pick up from our parking lot can be done anytime during our regular store hours (10-5:30p weekdays and 10-4p Saturdays). Call us when you arrive and we will come out with mask and gloves on to receive your art.
Home pick up and delivery can be scheduled for a minimal fee (cost is subject to the distance from our store). We will pick up and deliver your art at your doorstep. Carter Ave staff will not enter customers’ homes at this time.
