Virtual Design Services Now Available

Carter Ave Frame Shop will begin to offer No-Contact Virtual Design Services starting Monday, April 27th.

No-Contact Virtual Designing is aimed to provide you with the same level of customer service you’ve come to know and love about Carter Ave Frame Shop while offering a safe alternative to an in-person design process.


These consultations will be completed utilizing Zoom Video Conferencing (a free downloadable program). To utilize this service, customers must have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with webcam capabilities. You must have an account set up to be able to participate in virtual design services.


Virtual Design Consultations will need to be scheduled. To schedule your appointment, please call us at 651-645-7862 or email ( with requested appointment times. Appointment starting times will be offered between 8am-6pm on weekdays and 10a-3:30p on Saturdays. When a consultation is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to the Zoom Video Conference for that time and date. All items to be framed/consulted on must be dropped off/picked up prior to the start of the consultation.


Drop off and pick up will be available from 10am-5:30pm on weekdays and 10am-3:30pm on Saturdays without scheduling in advance. Customers are to call the store when outside and we will come out to collect the items or deliver completed framing. Drop off and pick up can be completed outside of designated hours with previously scheduled appointments approved by Carter Ave staff.


We will offer home pick up and delivery options for a small fee. The cost will be determined by distance from our store location. You will be called when we are at the location of pick up. Staff will not enter the customers’ homes.

You are also welcome to use your preferred shipping or delivery service to send items to our store. Please inform us if you are doing this so we can watch for your package.
